Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Holmes Youthful Trainee Act Question.
Back in 2002 i was charged with felony larceny and placed under yta status. i completed the 18 months of probation successfully and i was wondering does that mean that im not a convicted felon?all this time i thought i was convicted but i read the law and it states that if i completed the probation no conviction would be entered what does that mean? thanks

Yes, it means you havn't been convicted.
