Re: home innvasion 1st degree

Home Invasion 1st is a very serious charge.

By turning yourself in, you are in a better position re: bond factors than if you didn't. Also, if you had not prior criminal record, if you hastrong ties to the community (e.g., job, property owner, lived in the area most of your life, etc.), these would also weigh in favor of a lower bond because you would be less of a flight risk.

But a PR bond on Home Invasion 1st is very unusual. You should be prepared to pay (or have someone pay for you) some kind of cash bond.

If you are FTA and the bond is on a bench warrant you have little chance.

If it's a recent arrest warrant and you just got the notice to appear in the mail, your chances are good if you have no priors and have ties to the community.
