can my husband have my children, his step children evicted from our house?
my husband is very verbally abusive. i have three boys 17yr at home,19yr at college, 21yr at college.he tells me he can have them thrown out of the house when they come home for christmas break. his name is on the mortage.

Since you own half the house, you are free to have the boys as your guests in the house. It doesn't matter whether you name is on the deed and/or mortgage.
