my husband is from haiti and i have an immigration lawyer but my husband also has a small criminal history that stops him from qualifying for TPM. a criminal lawyer told me that seeking clemency or a restoration of civil rights could help. what do you suggest? he is currently being held in Florida, at glades county jail. ICE
