Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
If your husband of a few months, took your car and title ( paid cash) and then sold your car and bought another in his name, is that against the law ? The car was bought proir to the marriage. it was without your knowledge or concent. . Is there a time limit if you didn't realize it. What recourse is there. Also, he took my coin collection.

If your husband forged your name on the car title, you should make a police report.It's not legal for him to do that.
