Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My husband put me in jail for domestic assault. He told the cops that I bit his finger off. I bit his finger but not off. Now I have a no contact order papers on me. We have a house together. Can I go home? I hear from people that he misses me and wants me home. What should I do?

You must follow the court order. If you fail to do that you may be jailed. If you want a bond condition modified that must be done through the court. Feel free to contact my office for more information. See cbrownlegal.com.
As long as you have a No Contact order you can't go home or have any contact with your husband. The best thing you can do is to make sure you have a lawyer on your side that specializes in criminal defense to help you minimize the damage and get the matter resolved.
