Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

HYTA in Michigan

I received the HYTA in Michigan for a criminal sexual conduct 3 charge. I completed it successfully. Also, I am no longer required to register on the SORA. However, I am in a custody case now, and it is being used against me. Can my opponent use it against me? Also, she has placed an old document from when I had to register years ago into my sons school record.

Re: HYTA in Michigan

The case should not be used against you because HYTA makes sure that you do not have a conviction and only convictions can be used against you.
