Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
HYTA Removal
i am currently on probation for home invasion and i jus violated at school for an illegal entry that i did not commit and later a tresspassing that was only placed upon me because of the illegal entry. when i was caught for the tresspassing i did not know i was not suppose to be on the campus at the school. i am on the HYTA program....do u think i will be taken off my HYTA program for this crime that i did not committ....i still havent been to court for neither of the charges or for my probation violation....what should i do?

Re: HYTA Removal
Since HYTA is discretionary to every judge, it will depend on what arguments you or your attorney will make and how persuaded the judge is by them to keep your status.
