Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Ignore subpoena to appear in court?

My sister has a subpoena

to testify in a criminal

trial. Someone rushed

into her boyfriends house

with a gun trying to rob

him. She knew about the

plan to rob him, although

it didn't happen like she

thought it would. Now

she's afraid to go court

because she thinks the

defendant will finger her.

What should she do?
