Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Ii was found guilty of a misdmeanor paid restitution
Never had to appear in court again no court costs fined and judge said would be dismissed after restitution was complete is my record now non public?

Not unless it was part of a deferred sentence or diversion program. Check with the court records to make sure.
