Improper police behavior?
While driving, a state policeman pulled my daughter over. It showed she had her license suspeneded. He had her car towed, then handcuffed her, put her in the front seat without seatbealting her in and drove her 5 miles away from original location and dropped her off at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. None of this makes sense. Can the officer legally do what he did? Why would he handcuff her and then drop her off further away from home?

The officer is not a chauffer and certainly not required to drive her home. She was handcuffed according to proper police procedure and the officer gave her a break since he could have taken her straight to jail.
Many of my young clients put themselves in the best possible light when explaining their misdeeds to their fathers.
