Inappropriate touching
I'm divorced (female) 50, in a business meeting with my boss (male) 50, and another male associate (55). Meeting wraps up, I'm ready to leave, the associate male proceeds to place smiley sticker on my breast and pats it in place twice. I feel violated! Told my boss the next chance I had. Did he break the law in Michigan?

Yes, it's called Criminal Sexual Conduct IV, a violation of MCL 750.520(e), a 2 year high misdemeanor requiring registration as a sex offender.
It's also sexual harassment - especially if he is not immediately disciplined, e.g. fired.
If you want to make him unemployable for the next 25 years, you can report him to the police.
