if you were with an individual who shot another individual can you be charged with the same charges even if you are willing to take a lie detector test and testify to what you know?

If you aided, abetted, encouraged, instructed, hired, or transported the shooter; or supplied him with the weapon; you can be charged with the same crime as the shooter.

Do not take a police lie detector test unless you are cosulted by a good criminal defense attorney. And yes, you can be charged for the same cime on the theory of aiding and abetting/accessory after or before the fact. Daniel Hajji 248.865.4700
