Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Can a inmate serving 2 years for a possession of a gun by felon in MI, who now has a warrant for violation of probation in PA; serve time concurrently? Writ of Habeas Corpus? Post conviction relief motion? What if anything can be done? Thank you
