Do you mean the "interstate compact"?
The answer is "yes". But it doesn't apply to Michigan "criminal law" (the section in which you posted your message"). I have heard about the interstate compact in relation to parental abuse/neglect cases where Michigan's Department of Human Services works with another state to have the other state oversee some things in connection to the Michigan N/A case -- for example, doing a home study of a relative to see if the home is appropriate for placement of a minor.
