Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was at my girlfriends apartment who had been drinking, there was an altercation where the police needed to talk to her. They smelt alcohol and gave her a breathalyzer she is 19 and blew over the cop accused me of furnishing. Although i did not it was her parents. No one around claimed to see me buy or hand her anything. I dont want to give her parents up to the judge she told him it wasnt me it was a family member but he doesnt beleive it cause we wont give them a name. Please any help is good help
