Jostling (shoving) charge???
was at a casino 12-5-05 (at a slot machine)my machine hit as soon as it hit i was assaulted and another man sat down at my machine and took winnings. i filed complaint with casino, they took report but no tickets were issued. 2 weeks ago i was stopped and informed there was a warrant on me. Help!! i was the one assaulted and a drink thrown in my face. i don't get this!

Did anyone preserve the security tapes from the casino? They generally videotape EVERYwhere on the floor (at least where the players and machines and chairs are) to protect themselves from cheats/thieves.
That's how the Mt. Pleasant casino complained about the one customer "stealing" another customer's slot machine credits when the first customer walked away from the machine; the defendant said it was "abandoned" because the original person had been gone for 20 minutes or so, etc. The point is that there was a videotape showing the first person there, then leaving, then the defendant taking over the empty machine.
Since your incident was 9 months ago, I doubt that they still have the tape unless they specifically preserved it ... but it would help everyone 'see' what really happened.
