Juvenile case

My son was involved in an incident where two kids said he choked another. There were no marks on the kid and no other witnesses. The police were called and a complaint was filled out against my son. What can I expect?

Assuming he did this in Macomb County and is 16 or younger, he and you will be summoned to the Macomb juvenile court for a pretrial hearing.

There is a way to keep this off his record, but more detail is needed.
