What kind of punishment does a person get for committing embezzlement, credit card fraud and identity theft?

This cannot be answered w/ the limited information you gave us. What is the person's criminal history? How large of an embezzlement? What county? What judge has the case? Etc. Too many variables to predict any high/low range for the sentence. Also, depending on the person's age, he / she might qualify for some youthful offender program.
That depends on a number of factors such as the defendant's prior criminal history if any, how strong are how weak the case is, how fervently the victim is pursuing the matter, and what the defendant eventually gets convicted of whether it is a felony or a misdemeanor, and if there is any sentencing agreements or special sentencing options such as diversion or deferred sentencing. You could end up with some jail time or probation. A lot more information is needed before a more accurate answer can be given. If you do not already have an attorney, consult with and retain an experienced Michigan criminal defense attorney that handles embezzlement and credit card fraud cases.
