larceny from a business
if you are convicted of larceny from a building and have a misdemenor already han have not been senteced how many years could you get. This person also has a severe drug problem.

The maximum penalty for larceny in a building is 4 years. However, many factors are used to determine the appropriate sentence for an individual. The prior misdemeanor does not help, but it is certainly not fatal. The problem here is that I do not know for sure that the crime your friend is charged with is this particular one. There are many larceny offenses with sentencing ranges from 93 days to 10 years. If you could give me more information, perhaps I could enlighten you a little better.
