Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
is it legal for a bartender who knows a person is a sever alcholic to text them when they are working and even go as far as to ask them for money when they are drunk and at that point it is given due to the fact that the customer is old and the bartender is playing the i love u card, even in text messages

I thnk is answered this question on another forum, but I will try again. There us absolutely nothing illegal about this. If the person is served while intoxicated, the bar can be liable civilly, but the bartender is doing nothing wrong. www.kliszlaw.com
