Legal Defense

Greetings, I resides in the state of Michigan and has a son currenlty in prison, I think he at the Federal state, he has submitted 650 motion. I would like to know if I could set up a legal defense website to obtain funds from the web stating his case and if they are willing to donate, however I need to know the procedures to start a website to assit him with his legal bills. Any suggetions or could you give directions. Thank you

You need to contact a computer tech person to set up the website and just ensure that your website clearly states what the donations are for and that all information on your website is true and accurate. There are also state requirements regarding non-profits accepting donations which you may be required to follow. Those guidelines can be found on the state's website.
