Legal limits to have sex
Is it legal for a 16 year old to have sex with a/an 18 year old?

Yes, as long as both parties consent (agree) to the sexual conduct.
In Michigan, if you are at least sixteen (16) years old, you are old enough to "consent" to sexual conduct.
