Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
legal minor?
Could a person from Ohio that is over the age of 21 get into legal trouble for transporting a person 18 years old from Michigan to Ohio for the purpose of cohabitation as a couple?

In Ohio both parties are adults once they reach the age of 18. Therefore, it is not illegal to transport an 18 year old across state lines. You may, however, have to deal with her father.
