Is it legal for a 15 year old to have sexual conduct with an 18 year old?

Absolutely not! The age of consent in Michigan is 16 so that is definitely illegal. Also, even though you aren't having sexual intercourse there are also other things that either of you could be charged with. Your parents could also get a personal protection order (PPO) against the 18-year-old. Many people also learn far too late that "sexting" is illegal until the age of 18 under child pornography laws.
