Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

license restoration

if you already went in front of a judge to get license back(for duis) and was granted it back and then have it taken away because you saw wrong judge, then new judge does not get all paperwork to him so he denies it, do you have to get all new stuff done(new aa papers, new evaluation, etc.)? do you have to have lawyer to get it back in front of judge? thanks

Re: license restoration

I am not real clear on the problem, but you probably should hire an attorney to help. Generally an assessment is only good for 3 months, but if there was an administrative screw-up you might not have to repeat the procedure. If you need help give me a call.
