Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
lieng on the stand .
You see , the confidentail informant testifing against me in my drug manufactureing case lied on the stand at my pre-limb . when my lawyer asked her if we had any involvement without her husband's company ,she replied no . Absolutely not . Well we did , and I can prove we had an affair by produceing hotel records as well as an eye wittness too the act . Now I know this affair has little to do with the controlled buy she did for the state , but I think the fact that me and the states wittness had sex adds pregidus motives in her testimony against me . Her lieing about it gives it creedance , don't you think ? Second , If I can prove she lied under oath , can I over turn other convictions she testified in , previous to my case?
