Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Is there a limit on paying back court costs and attorney fees?
Just wondering if there is a limit to paying back these fees . My husband had charges from 1994 and case was closed without improvement 2000. He thought everything was gone . The courts never went after him for any of the money and or added any interest to the original fines. Does he still have to pay or can he have it removed from their computers now?

I'm a bit puzzled why this concerns you 15 years after the fact for no apparent reason. The best way for avoiding a hornet's sting is to not bother the nest.
