Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
If I live in an apartment complex and there is no security and my vehicle that had no insurance was parked there and was vandalized. can i still sue persons responsible?

Yes. Bear in mind that the only "persons responsible" are probably the vandals. The management of the complex could be liable, but that is unlikely.
