Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I live In Dearborn Heights, MI. This is a two part question.
Can the police enter your house if a neighbor calls and says that someone might be hurt inside. (even if there is no reason for them to come to that conclusion.)
Also if while inside if they see some marijuana, can they search through your cubords and drawers without a search warrant?

Sometimes the police can enter on these facts. I would need to know more.
But the police had no right to search cupboards and drawers.
