Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i live near department of corrections and have promblems with there guards harrassing me and i was wondering can they force me to leave my property there prision is my back yard there rude and disrespectful everytime i go outside espichal at night they yell scream one time the warden there nothing he can if i dont like i should move is that my only option can they force me or remove from my residence by having a judge ordering off the property

You posted this in the "Criminal Law" section.. Your concern has nothing to do with violations of criminal law. You should repost this in another section of LawGuru.com, such as constitutional law, or general civil litigation, or real estate and real property, or some other area. Also, you don't provide facts of what "harassment" and "rude" and "disrespectful" mean, and you don't explain what you are doing in your yard when the MDOC personnel react.
