Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i live in holland michigan i was charged with a domestic violence in oct 2009 which a no contact order was put in place. the domestic was dropped to a disorderly conduct on dec 22 2009 but the no contact was still in place what do we have to do to get it changed?

Well, if the "victim" doesn't want you back - not much. If she does, the prosecutor will usually listen to her
