Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i live in mich,have a misdomeanor warrant from 21 years ago,bad checks,the warrant is in florida,will they extradite,and are cutting my s.s.i. benifits/ it was also a probation violation

If this warrant is from Florida, you need to post this in the FLORIDA criminal law section on lawguru.com ... not the Michigan section. Attorneys in Michigan would probably not know how Florida might act on this matter.
