Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I live in Michigan, and i tried to buy an ounce of marijuana from someone in another state through text messages. after the package was shipped, the dealer texted me that his delivery man got caught by the police, and that the package has my information on it. it is the first time i have tried to buy marijuana, and don't have any of it. what could happen to me, and what should i do?
