How long can someone who can't post bond be held in county jail for bench warrant arrest? (Michigan)

The defendant will be held for arraignment and then trial. There is a Constitutional right to a speedy trial.

If it's a felony, there will be snow on the ground next spring if he wants a trial.. A misdemeanor will be a lot quicker if he pleads guilty at his pretrial.It depends on the charge.
