how long in the state of michigan after sentence can you get attempted disorderly conduct of your record?

You have to wait at least 5 years after your conviction ... and (this is the part the trips a lot of people up) it has to be your one and only criminal conviction (felony or misdemeanor) ever, anywhere (not just in Michigan). So, little things on your driving record like "Driving on a Suspended License" would disqualify you from setting aside your Disorderly Conduct because DWLS is a misdemeanor, so you would have had "more than one" conviction.
