Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Long story short. I was told by the stepson of a neighbor(which lived with them) That I could have anything at the house or outside as He knew his family was not coming back for anything else. They were forclosed on and had moved out over two months prior. I ended up being charged with B&E W/Intent- Whatever that means)of a shed and (Which had no doors on it). There wasnt enough evidence on that charge but Owner(stepdad)Was told I had taken items from his property. He called me and was Irate and I agreed that there was sone kind of miscommunication with his stepson. I agreed to take all the items back.(all items were mostly scrap steel . Two days later the owner of the house came by to see his stepson and called the police to file a report if he didnt get his stuff back. The police came to my place to get what else wasnt taken back at that time. The Police charged me with this crime NOT the owner. He didnt want to press charges. Now they sent this charge to Circuit court with a twist of B7E to the house now. No charges were changed . Just This kangaroo court here decision to pass it on to circuit court. Is this matter legal? There is more to this issue but all in my favor. Im sure that all the local attorneys are in cahoots in making anyone that had to go to ANY court to have an attorney.I did hire an attorney local and the whole charge has to do with the stepson telling myself,My wife and his(X friend ) My son heard it for the third time .Please point myself in the proper direction . The Probate Judge that started this case id totally Bio us and is under the States Superior court system for just this type of judgements. Thank you for listening and hoping you can shed some light on this secondary charge on the original charge.
Respectfully:
