Can I lose my license for use of marijuana charge?

Yes, it is mandated by statute that your drivers license be suspended upon any drug conviction whether or not it involved driving or a vehicle. The judge has no discretion as it is required by statute. The only way to prevent it, is if the judge sentences you under the deferred sentence of 7411 which will not only keep the conviction of your public record, but will prevent a mandatory drivers license sanction as well. Keep in mind that you are only allowed to use 7411 once in your lifetime.
