lying under oath/fraud
what sentance could be brought against some one if they lie under oath? what sentance can be charged if some one unlawfully changes the name of a child care check and cashes it and its gov't funded child care. she lied to Kalamazoo human service to get her name on the check and cashed it. when the check was supposed to go to some one els.

If the person has a tough and aggressive attorney, the defendant may get off without any conviction. If that happens, there is no sentence.
