Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Lying to a Real Estate Agent
Is it against the law to lead on a real estate agent? To pretend thru correspondence and via telephone that I was interested in a property that they represented for sale? The property is in Michigan and I am in Canada and now am worried. I have not seen the property or made any kind of offer. Just eluded to, and requested information knowing that I was not going to use the information as it was intended.
