Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Made up a fake reciept for a friend to use as a alibi in court. His attorney came and picked it up from me at my work. can I be charged with anything Criminal out of doing so for him?

Absolutely. And the prosecutor will surely investigate the receipt to see if it is valid.
