Mail Privacy
Is it a crime for the recipient of a personal letter mailed using the US Postal Service to forward, (by removing the letter from the envelope and re-mailing) said letter to either; The employee of the sender, the spouse of the sender, or any other individual or organization?

Why would it be? You can send your own personal mail to whomever you wish. I have a feeling there's more to this story than you are revealing.
