Malicious Destruction of a Building
i recently obtained a letter in the mail. it states i am being charged with Malicious Destruction of a Building. i was at friends house the night of the incident a window got broken i got scared so i left. cops showed up i wasnt there. the cop called my phone from a restriced # that night and said he wasnt going to do anything. but that if the landlord wanted to press charges he could. when i came back the next day to get my truck. the window was fixed. figured everything was fine. till i got a letter. i also got a letter saying they wanted my fingerprints. why would they need my prints?
