malicous destruction of property $200-or less

supposibly while i was traveling to flint, i had a paper cup half full of melted ice cream. while traveling i had tossed it out the window, and supposibly hit a car. now the people of the other car went and said it was a mushmellon, so it sounds like the people went and broke out there own window and used my license plate going by them to get new window because i think there window was already broke. I need an answer on what you think and how should i plea

You should meet with an experienced attorney to advise you. An attorney will want to know ALL of the facts before giving you an opinion about a plea. Preliminarily, if you did not do the act that you are charged with, I would not plead guilty - - - - I'd fight.
