Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I went to the mall, i try a ring in my finger, the box of the ring was in my hand and i keep looking to another stuff ,, somehow i didnt recognized that the ring is still in my hand when i left the mall, so the security man pulled my hand and gave me paper that i have a court ... i am wondering if i still need to have a lawyer for this issue ...and if there is a jall for it... i swear god i just forget and i already returned the ring to them ... this is the 1st time happen in my whole life and i felt shamed , i want to not be this kind of person ,,, please advice me as soon as possible if i really need to have lawyer with me or just explain what happen to the judge
