Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
manslaughter??
My new neighbor says he was put in prision for manslaughter due to the death of his wife during a sexual encounter. He said her heart stopped and he was charged, tried and convicted. Can this and does this really happen or should we be scared of our neighbor and his past?
