Re: manufacturing of methamphetamines
It is a Class "B" felony. MCL 333.7401(2)(b)(i). It carries up to 20 Years and/or $25,000.00, and unless sentenced to more than 1 year in prison, the court shall impose license sanctions pursuant to MCL 333.7408a.
