You're fortunate that the officer didn't charge you with OUID. (You still could be charged if they took blood.) If your only concern is to "resolve this matter in a timely manner", than plead guilty to all charges, pay the court and the state fines, costs,oversight,drug testing, and reinstatement fees and serve 1-2 years probation. You could also be sentenced to mandatory drug rehab at your cost. Also, the SoS will double your original suspension.

DWLS II is a 1 year max, but you should only serve 30-45 days in jail. However, if the original DWLS had an underlying drug or drinking causation, it might be 6 months. Be sure to ask for work release if you have a job, but you'll need a driver since you won't have a license for a while.

Stop smoking weed now so you don't test positive on your court date. Don't wear jeans to court, a cap, or lace-up shoes.
