Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I am a member of the Teamsters Union,my dues are automatically deducted from my paycheck. This year I have paid more than $800 in dues to the Teamsters. A few days ago I found out that the Teamsters Union had organized a company in California called Marjyn Investments. The company grows marijuana, they claim that 'medical' marijuana is legal under a California state law. I thought that that marijuana was illegal in all 50 states under a federal law,the CSA (controlled substances act). If the Teamsters Union has been collecting dues from Marjyn Investments, that means they are accepting money from a company that violates federal law. Isn't that a violation of the RICO act? What do I have to do to have the Teamsters Union prosecuted for violating the RICO (Racketeer-Influenced Corrupt Organization) act?

If the union's ownership is publicly known, it's unlikely a RICO issue. Even if it were, you would gain nothing but possible enmity from the membership if you could find a lawyer (also unlikely) to file a claim.
