how much is too much?
how much Methamphetamine can you have for personal use on you at one time before the law claims its distributing? (contents in one package)

It depends upon the prosecutor. In Oakland County, if you possess more that a "normal" one day's supply or have a set of scales, you can be charged with intent to deliver.
